A full assessment to understand what you need:
A true custom orthotic starts from a 3D volumetric mould of your foot in a non-weight-bearing position. We use a 3D laser infrared scanner in most cases; foam impressions and plaster casts give similar results.
Designed, fabricated and fit by your pedorthist using digital CAD/CAM and 3D printing, so changes happen in-house without sending anything away.
Fitted in person and adjusted before long-term wear. They may feel strange at first, but should be comfortable and functional within a few weeks.

My name is Keiler Fulton, and I have spent more than 10 years helping people move better. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Simon Fraser University in 2016 and earned my Diploma as a Canadian Certified Pedorthist, C.Ped (C), in 2018.
My goal is to help people move more with less pain in whatever way works best for them. I assess your lifestyle, footwear, and any injuries or pain that may be limiting you, then find treatment options.
If you experience pain or discomfort when you are on your feet, reach out and I'm confident I will help you figure out the next step to move better.
Many extended health plans cover custom foot orthotics. Check your plan documents or contact your administrator for amounts and details.
